Meghalayan Collective's Cashew Nuts are sourced from the local farmers of Phulbari in West Garo
Hills. The cashew nut trees are grown in private orchards and hand-picked only from first-grade
cashew apples. The nuts are then delicately cut from the apples, leaving the nuts to be sun-dried.
These sun-kissed kernels are then shelled, peeled and only the highest grade is singled out just for you.
